Registration at pÎle Aliénor

First registration
Following the entrance examination, admitted candidates must confirm their registration with sending documents asked in the admission e-mail. Administrative registration is completed with an individual meeting with Sophie Beausse.

Re-registration
For students already registered, administrative registration must be done at the start of academic year with an individual meeting with Sophie Beausse. 

Tuition
Registration fees are 290€ per year. Payment can be staged.

Students who benefits from social grant don’t have to pay for registration fees.

University registration

Must register at university :

  • Performance bachelor’s students who haven’t graduated from musicology licence yet
  • Master’s students

Registration to Poitiers university  
Registration terms are given by scholar administration of Arts and Human sciences department of Poitiers university. Students are direclty contacted by e-mail in july or august.

Registration to Tours university  
Students involved must follo Parcoursup procedure
Students registered in another french university must ask their origin university their registration transfer

Bourses sur critĂšres sociaux

La demande de bourse et/ou logement est formulĂ©e par l’intermĂ©diaire du Dossier social Ă©tudiant (DSE) et doit ĂȘtre effectuĂ©e avant le 15 mai de l’annĂ©e prĂ©cĂ©dant la rentrĂ©e universitaire. Il est toujours possible de constituer un dossier aprĂšs cette date mais le paiement de la bourse pourra de ce fait connaĂźtre un dĂ©lai. Cette demande se fait en ligne via le site suivant : https://www.messervices.etudiant.gouv.fr/envole/

Pour formuler un vƓu au titre du pĂŽle AliĂ©nor, il faut choisir l’AcadĂ©mie de Poitiers, choisir le cursus « Formation Ă©cole arts et archi (DNAT) », indiquer l’annĂ©e d’études et cliquer sur l’établissement « pĂŽle AliĂ©nor Â». TĂ©lĂ©charger le guide du DSE

Aides spécifiques

  • Aide spĂ©cifique allocation annuelle culture (ASAAC)

L’aide spĂ©cifique allocation annuelle culture est un dispositif rĂ©servĂ© aux Ă©tudiants relevant d’un Ă©tablissement du ministĂšre de la Culture. Elle permet d’attribuer une aide aux Ă©tudiants qui rencontrent des difficultĂ©s pĂ©rennes et qui ne peuvent bĂ©nĂ©ficier d’une bourse sur critĂšres sociaux. Elle peut ĂȘtre attribuĂ©e dans les cas suivants :

  • L’étudiant en situation d’autonomie avĂ©rĂ©e qui ne bĂ©nĂ©ficie plus du soutien matĂ©riel de ses parents ;
  • L’étudiant en rupture familiale ;
  • L’étudiant en reprise d’études au-delĂ  de 28 ans ;
  • L’étudiant demeurant seul sur le territoire français ;
  • L’étudiant Ă©levĂ© par un membre de sa famille sans dĂ©cision judiciaire.

Pour en bĂ©nĂ©ficier, il faut ĂȘtre ĂągĂ© de moins de 35 ans au 1er octobre de l’annĂ©e de formation pour laquelle l’aide est demandĂ©e et remplir les mĂȘmes conditions de diplĂŽme, d’études, de nationalitĂ© que pour la bourse sur critĂšres sociaux.

Pour faire cette demande d’aide, l’étudiant doit dans un premier temps dĂ©poser une demande de bourse sur critĂšres sociaux sur le site https://www.messervices.etudiant.gouv.fr/envole/ et s’ĂȘtre vu notifier une dĂ©cision de refus. Ensuite, il doit prendre rendez-vous avec le service social du CROUS afin d’avoir un entretien qui permettra d’Ă©valuer la situation de l’étudiant et vĂ©rifier si elle relĂšve de l’aide annuelle. Dans ce cas, un dossier de demande d’aide spĂ©cifique culture lui sera remis et la demande sera examinĂ©e par la commission sociale plĂ©niĂšre du CROUS. Ces commissions se rĂ©unissent une fois par mois et sont habilitĂ©es Ă  prendre des dĂ©cisions d’attribution d’aide annuelle jusqu’en janvier inclus.

Les étudiants bénéficiaires de cette aide sont exonérés des droits de scolarité et de la contribution à la vie étudiante et de campus (CVEC).

NB : Les Ă©tudiants boursiers, allocataires d’une allocation chĂŽmage ou du RSA, ainsi que les personnes inscrites en formation continue, ne peuvent pas bĂ©nĂ©ficier de l’ASAAC.

  • Aide ponctuelle

Si un Ă©tudiant est confrontĂ© Ă  des difficultĂ©s financiĂšres, il peut solliciter une aide financiĂšre ponctuelle auprĂšs du fonds d’aide spĂ©cifique gĂ©rĂ© par le CROUS. Ce dispositif est accessible Ă  tous les Ă©tudiants inscrits en formation initiale dans un Ă©tablissement d’enseignement supĂ©rieur en France, quel que soit le ministĂšre de rattachement de la formation, le statut, boursier ou non, la nationalitĂ©, français ou international. Les Ă©tudiants qui souhaitent faire une demande doivent prendre rendez-vous auprĂšs du service social du CROUS. Un entretien permettra d’Ă©valuer la situation de l’étudiant et un dossier de demande d’aide ponctuelle lui sera remis. La demande sera ensuite soumise Ă  la dĂ©cision de la commission sociale du CROUS qui examine les demandes de façon anonyme chaque semaine et apporte une rĂ©ponse au regard de l’Ă©valuation sociale et des Ă©lĂ©ments fournis.

Couverture santĂ© : l’Assurance Maladie

À partir de 18 ans, toute personne devient un assurĂ© autonome et gĂšre l’administration de sa santĂ©. Pour ĂȘtre bien remboursĂ© par l’Assurance Maladie des frais de santĂ©, il faut :

  • crĂ©er son compte ameli sur ameli.fr

Le compte ameli permet de consulter ses remboursements de soins, tĂ©lĂ©charger une attestation de droits, commander une Carte europĂ©enne d’assurance maladie, actualiser et gĂ©rer ses informations personnelles etc.

  • renseigner ou mettre Ă  jour ses informations : adresse postale, RIB etc ;
  • dĂ©clarer un mĂ©decin traitant ;
  • mettre Ă  jour sa carte vitale (dans une pharmacie ou Ă  la caisse d’assurance maladie) ;
  • adhĂ©rer Ă  une complĂ©mentaire santĂ©.

L’Assurance Maladie rembourse une partie des frais de santĂ©. Pour ĂȘtre remboursĂ© Ă  100%, il faut souscrire une complĂ©mentaire santĂ© (celle des parents ou une autre). A tĂ©lĂ©charger : Assurance maladie – mĂ©mo Ă©tudiants et Assurance maladie – mĂ©mo Ă©tudiants internationaux

Complémentaire santé

Pour complĂ©ter les remboursements de l’Assurance Maladie, il faut adhĂ©rer Ă  une complĂ©mentaire santĂ© (une mutuelle spĂ©cialisĂ©e pour les Ă©tudiants comme la LMDE, la Smeno, la SMERRA ou encore HEYME, la mutuelle des parents, un autre organisme complĂ©mentaire…). Les remboursements varient selon les contrats et selon la complĂ©mentaire santĂ© choisie. Elles remboursent en partie ou en totalitĂ© les dĂ©penses non prises en charge par l’Assurance Maladie. Student card
With registration, a student card is given. Student card allows being identified as a student and to benefit discounts in cultural locations (museums, cinemas, theatres, shops ect)

Electronical address
each pole Aliénor students gets @polealienor.eu email address. Exclusively on this address students receive important information related to student life and scholar, during the academic year.

Tech facilities (parc informatique)
Internet and computer access is provided for students in pole Aliénor. Universities of Poitiers and Tours also provides facilities.


Document resources
Students can access several musical and research resources : scores, CD, DVD, pedagogical books, ect


Libraries
pole AliĂ©nor student card allows access to Poitiers conservatoire’s library and university of Poitiers music department’s library. Moreover, pole AliĂ©nor recommend applying to Francçois-Miterrand media center of Poitiers. Access to music library of Tours is allowed with a free registration ; this registration allows access and lend of resources.

Instruments and equipment
pole Aliénor provides pedagogical equipment such as instruments, audio or video, computers, instrumental practice places, scores. Each student will have to deposit 300euros, that is cashed only in case of no restitution or damage.

After 2 years of investigation, pole AliĂ©nor provides its students a space dedicated to relaxation, team work

This opportunity has been possible thanks to corporate sponsorship with Mutuelle de Poitiers reducing rent cost by 50%..

Financial help of 3 000 €  from  crĂ©dit agricole Touraine-Poitou  also contributed to the opening of this wellness space.

Unit “Vigilance-caring”

This unit created since start of academic year 2019 allows to follow and listen to students facing difficult situations. Apsytude

pĂŽle AliĂ©nor has established a partnership with the Apsytude association “Free access to psychologists for students” and has been sharing this system with the EESI (European School of Image) in Poitiers since January 2022. It allows students to benefit from free online consultations with a psychologist. Within this framework, speed meetings are organized by Apsytude in both establishments at the beginning of the academic year in order to inform students about the system and also to allow them to meet a psychologist, test their stress and assess their quality of life.

University residences

The CROUS offers a wide range of functional, furnished and equipped housing, from single rooms to three-room apartments. University housing is allocated at the end of June in priority to scholarship students. Non-scholarship students can access it according to the available places. Apartment rentals

Individuals (private landlords) put ads online for rooms, studios, empty or furnished apartments, alone or in shared apartments. You must contact them directly. The site http://www.lokaviz.fr/ lists offers of accommodation in private homes.

Catering

The university restaurants and cafeterias of the Crous allow you to have lunch at a lower cost. Meals are to be paid with the Izly electronic payment service.
